Returns & Exchanges Policy

At FruitTree Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policy and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- Live plants (e.g., Azaleas, Bamboo Plants, Camellias, Crape Myrtles, Fruit Trees & Plants, Herb Plants)
Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Please include the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend using the same carrier that delivered your order.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we will send you the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
