At FruitTree Store, we are committed to delivering your plants and trees in the best possible condition. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly extend, but we will keep you informed.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Areas
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at [email protected].
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FruitTree Store. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Live plants (e.g., Azaleas, Bamboo Plants, Camellias, Crape Myrtles, Fruit Trees & Plants, Herb Plants)
Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Include the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend using the same carrier that delivered your order.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we will send you the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
